SINGLE: The rate per delegate during the week is R 1,600.00 on a single room basis.
DOUBLE: The rate for 2 delegates during the week is R 2,280.00 on a sharing room basis.
WEEKEND: Friday - Saturday
SINGLE: The rate per delegate during the weekend is R 1,980.00 on a single room basis.
DOUBLE: The rate for 2 delegates during the weekend is R 2,780.00 on a sharing room basis.
Kindly note that a 1 % tourism levy has to be added to the above rates.
The rate includes a welcome cocktail on arrival, the accommodation, breakfast / lunch and dinner, morning and afternoon tea breakfast as well as the full day conference facilities (venue hire and standard equipment).

Activities for the group such as the Game Drives in the Pilanesberg, Bush Braais, a special Theme Dinner, Hot air Balloon Safaris, Game Walks, Elephant Back safaris, Quad biking, as well as trips to the Sun City Resort ( golf, horse back riding, entertainment) can be arranged.
