The five-star Radisson Blu Safari Resort Kruger Park nestles ten kilometres away from Malelane in the Southern region of the famous and wildlife-rich Kruger National Park of South Africa.

Set along the Crocodile River, the 120 hotel rooms and suites will accommodate families, leisure guests as well as conference guests in absolute comfort. As the very first internationally branded hotel in the Kruger National Park, this safari resort will be readily available for visitors either by flight to Skukuza or Nelspruit (KMIA - Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport) as well as by car.

The 120 guests rooms will consist of 104 well-appointed hotel rooms and 16 spacious suites which will feature modern amenities for the convenience of guests.

Relaxing spa treatments can be booked in the exclusive Spa & Wellness Center of the hotel while the daily exercise program can be conducted in the gym.

Safari experiences

In line with the Rezidor’s group Responsible Business Program, the ecological footprint of the Lodge will be much smaller than that of the prior, existing camps within the Kruger National Park. This new safari destination will be uniquely between the surrounding luxury private safari lodges and the SANParks accommodation.

A fantastic safari experience will be available to families with children, as well as tour groups, incentive and conference groups and individual international and domestic holidaymaker. Guests will be able to enjoy wildlife viewing at its best on the guided safaris through the Kruger National Park. Safaris will depart daily from Lodge to the main wildlife viewing areas of this park.

The Kruger National Park is one of the 19 South African National Parks covering an area of almost 20,000 square kilometres. It is home to three different eco-zones, namely savannah, thornveld and woodland making it a paradise for many animals. More than 1,900 species of plants and 147 animal species can be found here which include the "Big Five," lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino.
