The 5 star Shishangeni Private Game Lodge is situated on a 15,000 hectare private concession of the world-renowned Kruger National Park in South Africa. This legendary wildlife reserve has the deserved reputation for the finest game-viewing on the continent.

Shishangeni Lodge features 22 individual chalets which can accommodate 44 guests. Each chalet provides a fireplace, aromantic bathroom, an outdoor shower and lounging area, as well as a private deck for game-viewing and sipping drinks while the sun sets over the African bushveld.

Guests staying at the Shishangeni Lodge can enjoy the thrill of early morning or late afternoon game drives in search of the "Big 5" with an expert guide. On the game walks, guests will discover some of the smaller creatures and birds of Africa. Directions to the Lodge

By air

Fly to KMIA, (the nearest airport). Drive to the N4 through Malelane, stay on the N4 for about 40km until the left turn into Komatipoort. Drive through the town of Komatipoort towards Crocodile Bridge gate (8km). Once inside the Kruger National Park, travel for 4km and cross the Vurhami bridge. Turn right at the first Shishangeni Lodge sign board onto a gravel road. Turn right at the second sign board for Shishangeni Lodge (no entry sign). Drive for about another 10km. This road will take you straight to the lodge.

By road

Drive through the town of Komatipoort towards Crocodile Bridge gate (8km). Once inside the Kruger National Park, travel for 4km and cross the Vurhami bridge. Turn right at the first Shishangeni Lodge sign board onto a gravel road. Turn right at the second sign board for Shishangeni Lodge (no entry sign). Drive for about another 10km.
