Access to the Xudum Delta Lodge

The Xudum Delta Lodge is easily accessible by air, with a private airstrip only a 20 minutes flight from Maun, followed by a brief game drive to reach the lodge.

The Xudum Delta Lodge is situated on the banks of a lagoon on a permanent channel of the Okavango Delta in Botswana, Southern Africa. Private suites provide magificent views of the water, which shapes the ever-changing ecosystems of this lush inland delta. Guests staying at the Xudum Delta Lodge have the great opportunity to explore the untamed African bush on either the game drives which are conducted in open 4x4 safari vehicles, by mekoro or power boats, as well as on exciting walking safaris.

Travellers can experience intimate encounters with a large variety of animal and bird life, including such elusive species as Pel's fishing owl and the seldom seen roan antelope. Large herds of buffalo, which often number up to 200 individuals from young calves to splendidly-horned bulls, are frequently encountered in this region of the Okavango Delta in Botswana.

The Xudum Delta Lodge is located in a private concession accommodating a maximum of 18 guests in nine secluded safari suites. The Lodge provides splendid views onto a sparking lagoon with a resident hippo. Xudum Delta Lodge features a private plunge pool and a romantic roof top sleep out.
