Directions to the Zululand Tree Lodge

From Johannesburg:

Approximate distance - 560km. Proceed on the Witbank freeway (N4) towards Middleburg. At Middleburg take the N11 to Ermelo. At Ermelo take the R29 to Piet Retief, Pongola, (the R29 becomes the N2) to Mkuze and Hluhluwe. Take the Hluhluwe/Sodwana Bay off-ramp. It is also signposted as Zululand Tree Lodge. At the top of the off-ramp turn right onto the P453 over the N2 flyover. Travel a further 2.5km and you will see the Ubizane Wildlife Reserve's entrance gate on your left.

From Durban:

Approximate distance - 276km. Proceed on the N2 North, past Tongaat, Stanger, Empangeni, Mtubatuba and Bushlands to Hluhluwe. Take the Hluhluwe/Sodwana Bay off-ramp. It is also signposted Zululand Tree Lodge. At the top of the offramp turn left onto the P453. Travel a further 2.5km and you will see the Ubizane Wildlife Reseve's entrance on your left. Hluhluwe - 7km.

Ideal for couples, this romantic getaway is famous for Rhino spotting, and is adjacent to the world renowned Hluhluwe and Umfolozi Game Reserve.

When arriving at the Zululand Tree Lodge, conference delegates are greeted by an African drum roll. Offering a unique, casual conference atmosphere, large glass windows welcome an African view of a breathtaking Fevertree Forrest. Standard conference equipment is available and the Lodge can accommodate up to 60 delegates. Besides the work at the Lodge, conference delegates have an opportunity to be pampered with a choice of massage treatments, within the privacy of individual suites.
