Guests start their seven-day photo safari at the Chobe National Park which is famous for its large elephant herds with wonderful opportunities to photograph some of the most varied wildlife from both land and water from the photo boats and vehicles.
The first three nights are spent at the Pangolin Chobe Hotel near Kasane in Botswana which overlooks the Chobe floodplains. Guests may participate in the early morning and late afternoon in the National Park, which is less than a kilometre away from the Pangolin Chobe Hotel.
Travellers may use the state of the art DSLR camera and a telephoto lens which is included in this photo safari package at both the Chobe Hotel and the camp in the Okavango Delta. In the afternoon's guests may use the editing area in the upstairs lounge of the hotel and relax by the pool. On some evenings the photo guides may do a presentation of their images to inspire enthusiastic photographers to try different angles and techniques the next day.
On day four, visitors are transferred to the nearby Kasane Airport for their charter flight to the Khwai Private Reserve in the Okavango Delta. Adjacent to the Khwai River to the South, the Khwai Private Reserve measures 200,000ha in size. Khwai has a reputation as being one of the best regions in Botswana's Delta ecosystem for wildlife photography.
