Bilimungwe feels as though it has grown organically from the South Luangwa landscape. The camp features four thatched chalets, all raised on stilts, with rich wooden interiors and hand-carved furnishings crafted by local artisans.

At the heart of camp is the shaded lounge and dining area, built around a giant mahogany tree and overlooking one of three permanent waterholes, an ever-changing stage for Zambia’s wildlife.
