The lodge is surrounded by river ravines and mountainous terrain in the Waterberg area of Limpopo province. The malaria-free Game Reserve is home to Africa’s world-famous Big Five.

Creatures varying from the large Eland to the tiny duiker, and cheetah, lion and leopard are always near at hand. The vast diversity of habitats located on the reserve encourages an ever-increasing range of wildlife as well as over three-hundred bird species, including the honoured sightings of the rare blue cranes.
