★ ★ ★

The Camp Savuti is situated in the heart of the wildlife-rich Chobe Park, on the Savuti Channel in Botswana.

The Camp Savuti with its five safari tents is situated a 20-40 minute safari drive away from the Savuti airstrip in the Chobe National Park. Children of all ages are welcome at this tented safari camp.

Camp Savuti is a small safari camp in the Chobe National Park featuring only five Meru tents. Only a maximum of ten guests can be accommodated at one time at this camp ensuring a tranquil and most rewarding wildlife experience.

The tents are positioned to ensure privacy and a modest level of exclusivity. Each of the safari tents is placed on a platform, providing views over the Savuti Channel. The tents are spacious and offer en-suite facilities and magnificent views from the deck.

During their stay at the camp, guests enjoy exciting morning and afternoon safari drives through the national park as well as along the fringes of the Channel and the Marsh itself.

The open wildlife-viewing vehicles make game-watching and photography an absolute delight. This region of Botswana is great for game and birding-viewing in the open areas of Savuti within Chobe National Park.

Travellers reach the Camp Savuti by light aircraft via the Savuti airstrip.

Power at the Camp Savuti is generated by solar panels, and where possible the water is heated by solar power as well making it a very ecological safari camp.
