Greenfire Safari Lodge with its fifty-five thousand hectares of prime bushveld, the Balule Reserve lies directly next to the Kruger National Park and shares unfenced borders with it allowing wildlife to roam freely between the nature reserve and the national park.

The small and luxurious Greenfire is within the Balule Reserve of Limpopo Province, adjacent to the Kruger. The nine, well-appointed Balule chalets feature twin beds as well as en-suite bathrooms. The cottages are isolated from each other in the riverine canopy; each cottage offers a magnificent viewing deck.

From the main lodge's shady verandah, guests enjoy scenic bushveld views. A refreshing swim can be enjoyed in the outdoor swimming pool where the sun deck invites for a relaxing afternoon between meals and safari drives. The meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), as well as the activities (safari drives and game walks), are included in the safari package. The full-day walking safaris are available on request.

Within the reserve, a great diversity of vegetation can be found which ensures excellent wildlife encounters throughout the year. Besides the Big Five such as Elephants, Rhinos, and Lions, the reserve is also home to many smaller creatures as all as to an abundance of birdlife at Greenfire.
