In the southeast part of the Murchison Falls National Park, the Rabongo Forest is home to several chimpanzees and other rainforest animals. The waterbirds of this area are spectacular which include the wild population of the rare shoebill stork.

The Kibale National Park offers a tropical rainforest teeming with indigenous flora and wildlife, including over 1,000 habituated chimpanzees.

The beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park features one of the world’s highest biodiversity ratings with rain forests, crater lakes, swamps, as well as a savannah which is rich in wildlife.

The Bwindi Forest National Park offers unforgettable gorilla trekking safaris to observe the mountain gorillas. The Lake Mburo National Park teems with more than 300 bird species, including 60 specialist water birds.
