The newly constructed Kwessi Dune Lodge in Namibia, opening March 2020, is located surrounded by the beauty of the NamibRand Nature Reserve. The 200,000 outstretched hectares of desert wilderness plains, craggy mountains and striking red dunes, a place where time seems to stand still and space feels limitless.

Colourful landscapes, ever-changing shadows created by the ripples of the dunes, dotted with the roaming antelope ambling along the sands and a magical nightly star display.

Ten air-conditioned cool and comfortable chalets each with canvas walls and thatched roofs and vintage styled four-poster bed. Each bedroom owning a separate ‘stargazer’ room, totally open to the night sky, designed to ensure you will want an encore of astronomical theatre show above. Extensive views from the rooms, the main area and the swimming pool of the vast, desert vistas. 

For the adventurous at heart experience time quad biking through the dunes, scenic drives and nature walks, hot air ballooning, helicopter flights, horse riding and time at the white salt pan of Sossusvlei.

The Lodge offers a well-stocked bar, ideal for a cooling drink, a library area and several seating and dining areas for you to enjoy.
