The Lewa Safari Camp lies within the famous Lewa Wildlife Conservancy of Kenya, East Africa, where Luxury Tents accommodate travellers in comfort.

Set within the rolling plains north of Mount Kenya, the wildlife-rich Lewa Wildlife Conservancy some of the best safari experiences.

Home to lions, leopards, jackals and many other animals which roam the plains, this Wildlife Conservancy is also home to the largest concentration of Grevy’s zebra in the world. The various habitats which are found here attract a lot of birdlife and hosts over 130 White and Black rhino.

The Lewa Safari Camp features eleven en-suite Luxury Tents which feature double or twin beds. Three of these can accommodate triples for children under the age of 16. The thatched covered, African styled Safari Tents offer a main bedroom, an en-suite bathroom as well as a spacious verandah.

Ideal to accommodate families travelling with children, each Family Suite consists of two en-suite safari tents (one double, one twin) with a shared verandah. An extra bed for a third child under 16 years can be accommodated in one of the Family Tents to accommodate a family of 5.

Guests embark on exciting activities with the knowledgeable guides of the Lewa Safari Camp. Guests may even enjoy evening horse rides during which one gets very close to plains game. Horse riding is for experienced riders only, as being in the wild. Furthermore, evening camel rides are also available, suitable for guests also without riding skills. Samburu handlers lead the camels through the wilderness making a picturesque experience.

Meals are delicious with fresh ingredients being used from the mountain highlands Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Guests have the choice to dine with other guests or privately. Special dietary requirements are met and can be arranged before arrival ( vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc).
