The Panzi Bush Camp lies in the Guernsey Game Reserve about a 33-minute drive Southeast of Hoedspruit just west of the Kruger National Park's Orpen Gate.

Bordering the Thornybush Private Game Reserve, this Panzi camp in the Limpopo Province of South Africa nestles in a reserve the size of 351-hectares.

Ten beautiful thatched Panzi A-frame chalets, each of which can accommodate two guests, are available at the Camp. The cottages are connected by wooden walkways which lead through the bush. At the camp, a total of twenty guests can be accommodated at one time. The chalets are well equipped with two three-quarter beds as well as an en-suite bathroom.

A real 'home away from home' where guests enjoy delicious meals, friendly service and cosy accommodation, guests enjoy convenient facilities and services to ensure a most pleasant and memorable African bush experience.

The thatched Lapa features a welcoming dining room where breakfasts and dinners are offered. The guest lounge area offers an entertainment area with a fully stocked bar. Guests also have access to the outdoor swimming pool, the fireplace as well as the boma areas at Panzi.

The camp features two viewing decks, one of which faces the sunrise direction while the other one faces the sunset. These decks, from where magnificent views can be enjoyed, offer an excellent venue for morning coffees, sundowners in the early evenings as well as star gazing at night. The decks overlook the active waterhole and provide scenic views of the Drakensberg Mountains.

The reserve is home to a variety of plains game such as zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, buffaloes and impala. One can also encounter smaller nocturnal animals such as the honey badger, the Genet, the civet as well as porcupines. The exciting bush walk takes between 60 - 90 minutes and is offered in the mornings and the afternoons. It is conducted by the camp's Conservancy and is guided by a professional guide who shares his in-depth knowledge of the local fauna and flora. The guided trip to the Kruger National Park takes one day and provides guests with the unique opportunity to encounter the park's untamed wildlife in their natural habitat.

Additionally, sunrise and evening safari drives at Punzi are available to the Manyeleti Game Reserve both of which are home to the 'Big Five' (lions, rhinos, leopards, elephants and buffaloes). Conducted in an open safari vehicle, the evening safari drive in the Guernsey Private Nature Reserve takes place after dinner and includes the entrance fees.

Set in the Guernsey Game Reserve which borders the Thornybush Private Nature Reserve, this camp can easily be reached from Hoedspruit where the closest airport, namely Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport, is located. The nearest access point into the Kruger National Park is via the Orpen Gate which lies about 51 kilometres away.
