The Observation Chalet

The Observatory Chalet features a vintage brass telescope, a moon map as well an interesting selection of cosmic things. Beautifully furnished and spacious, this cottage features a large front deck which is ideal for relaxing in the day and star gazing at night.

The Love Shack

The Love Shack offers an ideal romantic retreat. Elegantly designed it invites for hours of relaxation. This secluded cottage is also referred to as Saruni Maras honeymoon suite. Its neutral colour scheme, the elegant furnishings as well as the beautiful antiques offer a feeling of romance and classic elegance. The chalet's bedroom is spacious and opens onto a veranda from where scenic views of the valley leading onto the Masai plains can be admired.

The Photographer’s Studio

The Photographer’s Studio takes its inspiration from imagery and is decorated to the theme of life through the lens. This is a very well-appointed furnished cottage offering space and charm. Guests enjoy a large bedroom, an en-suite bathroom as well as an outdoor veranda. This room pays tribute to the countless, magnificent photography which the Great Migration and the Masai Mara have produced.

The Artist’s Studio

The Artist’s Studio provides an elegant retreat for the creative soul, the ideal place to find inspiration. The en-suite bedroom is stylishly decorated and leads onto the open veranda. This chalet offers amazing views over the secluded valley and across the Mara plains in the distance.

The Literary Room

The perfect hideaway for writers, thinkers, and dreamers offers the Literary Room. It is inspired by great stories of African discoveries and adventures. This exquisite cottage which is a private and comfortable space and is equipped with a vintage typewriter, leather reading chairs, as well as a writing desk with a brass reading lamp, quill pen and leather blotter. Travellers may experience and create their own safari story. The beautiful en-suite bedroom leads onto a large veranda, a perfect reading perch for the afternoon.
