The Serengeti Safari Camp is situated within the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, East Africa. Guests are accommodated in beautiful African style safari tents which blend into the natural surroundings of the camp.
To optimize wildlife encounters on the migration routes, this camp changes its locations. During a guests stay, this mobile camp remains at one location.
The Serengeti Safari Camp features twelve beds in East African style Meru tents. The dressing area separates the beds in each tent from the bathroom area.
The family tent provides two bedrooms and an adjoining sitting area. The tents feature eco-flush toilets as well as safari-style bucket showers. Hot and cold water are available on demand.
The safari drives are conducted in closed 4WD vehicles with open-roof hatches accompanied by professional game ranger trackers. Travellers learn about the complex circle of life in this untamed African wilderness and have the opportunity to admire Africa's wild animals in their natural habitat during the early morning and late afternoon safari drives.
Depending on the exact location of the camp during the year, guests can access this tented safari camp via daily flights from Arusha and Dar es Salaam to the various airstrips. When the camp is situated in the southern Serengeti guests can drive in 4WD vehicles.
