The Shindzela Tented Camp is Beautifully located on the banks of a dry Timbavati.

The camp is on the riverbed and facing a small waterhole for animals, safari tents either provide twin or double beds (queen beds or single beds). Built on wooden decks, guests are accommodated under thatch roofs with each tent has en-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and hand basin.

In the eight tents, a total of only sixteen guests can be accommodated ensuring a private and exclusive wildlife experience. The property enjoys a prime location within the Timbavati part of the extended Kruger Park. Depending on the animal movements in this region, the game rangers may suggest a short walk or safari drive which is followed by refreshing sundowners and a night safari drive.

Offering an informal and relaxed atmosphere combined with warm African hospitality, Shindzela makes use of solar-powered lights and gas geysers for hot showers which make for an authentic African safari experience. The boma dining and lounge area, as well as the fireplace, provide an ideal place where guests may relive their exciting safari experiences.
