The Skybeds are beautifully situated deep within the wildlife-rich Khwai Private Reserve of Botswana, Southern Africa.

The Skybeds offer a perfectly stylish and yet charmingly rustic experience. The camp cannot guarantee guests will get a lot of sleep, but it is ensured that this is one of the wildest and most wonderful safari experiences guests will ever have.

Delicious safari cuisine is served around the campfire which is complete with the presence of wandering wildlife, the unique sounds of the bushveld at night, and a crisp G&T. Ideal for couples and honeymooners, this extraordinary sleep out under the African sky is also suitable for smaller groups of guests on an exclusive basis, while families with older children are welcome (children over the age of 12). This destination can be perfectly included in a multi-day safari journey through Botswana offering a memorable highlight.

Sleeping under the stars in the heart of the untamed African bushveld makes for an unforgettable experience. With only three Skybeds available to accommodate a maximum of six guests, travellers are guaranteed a perfectly private retreat under the roof of Africa.

The Skybeds are no bedrooms, they are also no ordinary tree houses. Guests sleep high above the plains, elevated two stories off the soil, only a short distance away from a mammal-dominated waterhole.

The upper platform is the alfresco bedroom which features a comfortable bed and a mosquito net. The high-quality duvets keep guests warm and cosy when the desert temperature drops. Hot water bottles are available during the cooler months of the year. The Skybed's bathroom is located on the second level, offering an enclosed shower, flushing loo, and private changing area.
