David meticulously charted these routes, uncovering hidden valleys, ancient tree groves, and other features that showcase the richness of the terrain. Each trail deepened his understanding of the environment and the wildlife that thrives within it.

The conservation journey grew stronger with the involvement of Paul and Ash, who brought fresh energy and shared purpose to the reserve. Their support helped expand their preservation efforts, including the introduction of roan and tsessebe, reinforcing their commitment to safeguarding the land.
