Thanks to the successful conservation efforts within the Sikunga Conservancy, where more than 500 kilometres of illegal fishing nets have been removed, the Zambezi now supports an abundance of indigenous fish species.

Anglers can enjoy outstanding catch-and-release fishing for the legendary Tigerfish, often referred to as the "River Dog," as well as Nembwe, several bream species, and many other freshwater fish. Whether you prefer fly fishing or conventional lure fishing, the Upper Zambezi promises exciting action and the chance to land the trophy catch you've always dreamed of.
