Baobab Ridge in the Klaserie, neighbouring the well known Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, this wildlife-rich reserve has no fences into the Kruger National Park offering safari enthusiasts a Kruger Park experience in 4x4, open safari vehicles at flexible times.

This game Lodge offers a total of seven cottages and can accommodate a maximum of sixteen guests. The six Standard Luxury Cottages provide en-suite bathrooms with showers and baths, a lounge complete with tea and coffee facilities as well as a private outdoor terrace. The one Family Cottage features two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms with showers only / no bath, a lounge with tea and coffee facilities and the private terrace.

The outdoor terraces of the Baobab lodge make for beautiful places to relax and to socialise in between the safari drives. The swimming pool, which overlooks the waterhole, offers an excellent refreshment during the warm summer months. In the welcoming lounge, visitors enjoy satellite television. A traditional braai can be experienced in the outdoor boma which is surrounded by the bushveld.

Commercial flights to the Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport, which lies about 20 km away from Baobab Ridge lodge, are available from Cape Town and Johannesburg. The flight times from Johannesburg to the Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport take about 1 hour and 10 minutes and from Cape Town 2 hours 40 minutes. The road transfer from the Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport takes approximately 30 minutes to the lodge.
