Dining at the lodge is enjoyed at various venues all of which are surrounded by the untamed bushveld. Dinners in the outdoor boma make for an unforgettable experience with the natural sounds of the bush, under the star-studded African skies.

Activities, Sports & Leisure

Game drives

The game drives are offered in open Land Rovers for guests to best experience the untamed African bushveld. The most suitable time for game viewing is early in the morning and late in the afternoon or evening.  During these times, hunters like the wild dog, lion and leopard are most active.  In this private game reserve, game rangers are passionate about wildlife and are in constant contact with the other vehicles on game drives which increase chances of finding wildlife.

Walking safaris

Exciting walking safaris are also available to guests.  These are not included in the rates, are subject to availability and are to be booked in advance.  During the three hours, guests walk in the wilderness observing wildlife as well as the smaller creatures.  For safety reasons, only guests who are 16 years and older may participate in this activity.

Swimming

The outdoor swimming pool overlooks the waterhole and the beautiful bushveld.  It serves as a wonderful place from where the surrounding tranquility can be enjoyed.  During the warm summer months, a swim is refreshing and revitalizing.
