The Clifftop lodge is close to the town of Vaalwater and lies within the Welgevonden Private Game Reserve in the malaria-free Limpopo Province of South Africa.

The Clifftop Exclusive Safari Hideaway Lodge offers both leisure and corporate guests an idyllic setting in which to luxuriate in the opulent facilities, savour enjoyable culinary experiences and of course, view some spectacular wildlife.

The Welgevonden Private Game Reserve was founded in 1987 and constitutes farmland that has been reclaimed for wildlife conservation. The reserve has been extensively re-stocked with numerous species including lion, elephant, rhino, and cheetah. There are various antelope species and a diverse birdlife to be found in the rolling bushveld terrain.

Clifftop accommodation is provided in 8 luxuriously appointed suites that are positioned for privacy and boast spectacular views of the valley and mountains beyond. Each suite has a private plunge pool and viewing deck from which you may see various wildlife species down below. Guests may request massage treatments performed by a qualified massage therapist in the comfort of their suite.

The delicious meals are served in the lodge's welcoming dining room where beverages are also available to guests. Fine wines can be selected from Clifftop Lodge's unique wine cellar. Exciting safari drives are available in the early morning and the late afternoon when wildlife encounters are at its best in the 'Big Five' Welgevonden Game Reserve. In addition to the safari drives, guests have the unique opportunity to experience guided safari walks which make for an unforgettable experience.

Business meetings can be facilitated by groups of up to 16 delegates, making it ideal for high-level meetings, workshop, and incentives. The Boardroom is equipped with internet access, audio-visual facilities, flip charts, stationery, and refreshments.

Located within the Waterberg conservation area of South Africa's Limpopo province, one can find the malaria-free Welgevonden Game Reserve.
