The Garden Manor is the newer part of Giraffe Manor built in 2011. It is directly adjacent to the Historic Manor, blending seamlessly with the original part of the house and offering guests the same experience and interaction with the giraffes.

For 2024 bookings: The six rooms in the Hisctoric Manor are available for anyone to book, whilst the six rooms in the Garden Manor are only bookable for guests staying at one of our bush properties for a minimum of two nights.

FOR 205 bookings: The six rooms in the Garden Manor are available for anyone to book, whilst the six rooms in the Historic Manor are only bookable for guests staying at one of our bush properties for a minimum of two nights.

Please Note: In the event of the other property being cancelled, the Historic Manor booking is forfeited and becomes subject to availability at the Garden Manor. However, if the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, the Historic Manor may be booked on its own.
Specific tables for breakfast with the giraffes cannot be reserved or paid for in advance. Tables are assigned by Giraffe Manor management team according to multiple variables they need to consider including safety, traffic flow, access to exits and group size. Please note that for all guests staying in the Garden Manor, breakfast will be served in the Garden Manor dining room and for guests staying in the Historic Manor, breakfast will be served in the Historic Manor dining room
