The Camp

Mma Dinare has a strong connection to the surrounding Sankuyo community, with safari tourism directly contributing to local livelihoods and development. More than 60 employees across the Dinare camps come from the nearby village of Sankuyo, while additional proceeds help fund community initiatives such as household water connections and solar power installations.

Accommodation

Location

Mma Dinare is situated along the Gomoti River in the southern section of the Dinare Private Reserve (NG34), bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. The concession encompasses approximately 27,115 hectares (67,000 acres) of wildlife-rich Okavango Delta wilderness.

Santawani airstrip is approximately a 45-minute drive from camp. Light-aircraft flights take around 20 minutes from Maun and approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Kasane. Road transfers from Maun can also be arranged, including an approximately three-hour journey, while self-drive access from Maun is possible.
