The Camp

One of the larger camps in the Okavango Delta, Moremi Crossing has a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. Its crescent-shaped main area is elevated on stilts and surrounded by expansive decks, providing wonderful views across the floodplains and opportunities to watch elephants, red lechwe and other wildlife passing by.

Accommodation

The camp is set within the riverine forest of Ntswi Island, surrounded by magnificent palms and mature indigenous trees that provide habitat for the elusive Pel’s fishing owl. Each tent enjoys beautiful views across the surrounding floodplains.

The 14 Tented Suites, one Family Suite and one Honeymoon Tent each feature:

Location

Moremi Crossing is situated on Ntswi Island, opposite the southernmost section of Chief’s Island within the Gunn’s Private Concession (NG27B), just below the Moremi Game Reserve.

Ntswi airstrip is approximately a 10-minute drive from camp. Light-aircraft flights take around 20 minutes from Maun and approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from Kasane.
