Forty-Seven comfortable air-conditioned rooms, decorated with gentle African colours, the use of wood, cane, natural stone, animal print fabrics, as well as terracotta, green and earthy colours, serve to enhance further the ambience throughout the lodge. Each of the rooms containing LCD flat-screen televisions, en-suite bathrooms, telephones, hairdryers, safes and tea/coffee making facilities.  

The restaurant offers a varied menu, accompanied by an outdoor cocktail and whiskey bar, attentive service as well as a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. For the romantic at heart, the Lodge can provide a candlelit outdoor boma dinner which accompanied by the rhythmic songs of traditional African dancers. A recently added feature is The Playzone, a specifically designed space for multiple sports including action soccer, netball, and cricket on a perfectly designed AstroTurf court fully enclosed by netting. Whilst on safari these great sporting activities are a fantastic way to relax, bond and have a fun time. In addition, Mabula Game Lodge offers a host of teambuilding activities at the Wild Playzone as well as activities in the Lodge such as an Amazing Race, Potjie Cook-off and Murder Mystery Dinners just to name a few. The Wild Playzone offers a spacious exclusive play area designed exclusively for children in a safe space, to educate, inspire and empower children. It has a track for bikes and scooters and a climbing area where they will slide, swirl, jump, scream and stay jovial all day.
