Sanctuary Stanley's Camp Okavango Delta bordering the Moremi Game Reserve, this camp offers guests an unforgettable wildlife viewing experience as well as the opportunity to participate in the new elephant interaction.

Sanctuary Stanley's Camp region of Botswana is home to a wide variety of big game including elephant, buffalo, giraffe, hippo, lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog.

From the swimming pool, guests can admire giraffe and other plains game which march across the savannah of the Okavango Delta.

Children 9 years and older are welcome at the Camp. This Camp features eight traditional African tents which are under a magnificent African Ebony tree on a private concession overlooking the beautiful Okavango floodplains.

Each of the canvas safari tents is individual look and feel & furnished with African antiques. Large wooden decks offer private space where guests are invited to relax in hammocks and enjoy cocktails before dinner is available in the spectacular dining area.

During times when the water levels are high, a 52-minute boat-transfer is available followed by a five-minute road transfer to the Camp and is accessible by air from Maun (16 minutes), Kasane (1 hour 33 minutes) and all other camps which are in the magnificent Okavango Delta. The luggage restriction is 20kg per person in a soft-sided bag for the smaller air crafts. The Camp offers a registered private airstrip which is approximately 21 minutes from the camp itself.

This Lodge offers travellers a tremendous and unforgettable wildlife viewing experience. The educational elephant encounter with a group of semi-habituated African elephants is available, and guests can also spend a morning walking with the elephants to observe and interact with them in their natural environment.

Furthermore, Stanley's Camp guests can participate in a peaceful and scenic Mokoro canoe excursion which is subject to water levels, private bush dinners, as well as safari drives which are customifed in open-sided 4x4 safari vehicles.
