Monwana Game Lodge: Where the wild feels like home

Tucked within South Africa’s Greater Kruger wilderness, Monwana Game Lodge offers an intimate safari escape surrounded by 14,000 hectares of unfenced Big Five territory. With wildlife moving freely between the Thornybush reserve and Kruger National Park, guests can experience the bush in its most natural and unhurried form.

The lodge features just six luxurious suites and one private villa, creating an exclusive atmosphere where tranquillity, comfort and nature come together. Solar-powered facilities provide modern comfort while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding environment.

Located approximately 45 minutes from Hoedspruit Airport (HDS), Monwana offers easy access to an authentic wilderness experience – close enough for a comfortable journey, yet wonderfully remote once you arrive.
