Ingredients

  • 2 shots of Ra di Tau Gin (Great Plains’ signature gin), or alternatively Aviation Gin
  • 1 shot freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 shot simple sugar syrup

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice and pour in the gin.
  • Add the fresh lime juice and simple syrup, then shake vigorously for around 15 seconds until thoroughly chilled and lightly aerated.
  • Strain into a well-chilled martini glass, allowing the cocktail’s pale green hue to shine through.
  • Garnish with a delicate wheel of fresh lime on the rim for a bright finishing touch.
