Guests can take advantage of either the early morning or afternoon game walks offered at the camp with their well-trained game rangers.
Game Drives
Guests of the Mopani Camp in the Kruger National Park can enjoy early morning and evening game drives through the Kruger National Park. The camp also offers sunset drive-boma braai combo which includes the drive to the braai area. Children Game Drives are available for children between the ages of 6 and 16 years of age.
Bush Breakfast and Bush Braai
After the game drive to the boma, participants enjoy a lovely dinner surrounded by burning lanterns and crackling fires. The sounds of the bushveld and animals calling in the distances complement this unforgettable dining experience in the heart of Africa's untamed bushveld. Food is grilled on open fires with various sausages and game meat available. Vegetables and salads, as well as deserts with coffee or tea, are also served.

This rest camp in the Kruger Park provides a maximum of 300 delegates a relaxed venue for their conference or team building event. There is a main hall with three break away groups that can collectively accommodate 300 delegates.

Access by road via the Phalaborwa Gate:
Take the N1 toll-road to Polokwane (Pietersburg).
4km before Polokwane turn right onto the R71 and head for Tzaneen.
After Tzaneen, head towards Phalaborwa and the gate.
Allow between 6 to 7 hours for the trip to the gate.
The Mopani Rest Camp is approximately 74km away from the gate.
