Visitors to the museum will witness the evolution process, and a computerized catalogue allows the easy lookup of items on display.

Spa Treatments

The African Hills spa , with its unique treatments inspired by the local surroundings, has its home in the very soul of the lodge.  While therapists massage tired muscles and dissolve impurities, visitors will find that both their mind and body is rejuvenated.

The benefits of the Wild Olive Tree, Artemisia Afra (also known as the Wormwood) and especially Aloe Vera are widely known for their healing properties, and the spa uses a combination of ancient as well as modern practices to bring harmony to each and every individual.

With a variety of treatment rooms (including an individual’s room, a couple’s room, men’s and ladies changing rooms) the spa also incorporates a manicure and pedicure lounge, a juice bar, a swimming pool with day beds and a steam room.

The spa complex opens up to an outdoor relaxation area with views of and access to private gardens.  Walkways take visitors through the beautiful gardens and these walks can form part of the treatments as a pre- or post-treatment.
