Predator interaction

Guests have the opportunity to participate in the Predator Interaction including walking with semi-habituated Cape Hunting Dogs, which are also known as African wild dogs.

The 10-acre enclosure behind the Grassland Bushman Lodge offers visitors the unique opportunity to walk with Cape Hunting Dogs and thereby experience first-hand these fascinating creatures’ expression of curiosity.  Furthermore, the enclosure also allows fantastic viewing of the legendarily large Kalahari lion in its natural environment.

Horse riding

For those guests at the Grassland Bushman Lodge in Botswana who fancy a thrilling ride in the wilderness, an adventurous ride on a horse is a must.  Kindly note that the Lodge does require prior notice to arrange this activity as the horses are brought to the Grassland Bushman Lodge from Ghazni.
