Game Drives

Early morning game drives, as well as afternoon / evening game drives, provide visitors with an excellent opportunity to explore the game reserve with its many animals.  Up close encounters with the "Big Five" (rhino, buffalo, elephant, leopard and lion) as well as other game and buck are thrilling.

Walking Safaris

While walking through the bushveld accompanied by an armed ranger, guests learn more about the little animals as well as about the plants and flowers in the reserve.  Tracking big game such as elephants, rhinos and buffaloes on foot in the wilderness, makes for an unforgettable experience.

Save the Rhino Drive

Guests may spend 3 to 4 hours tracking a rhino with a specialist tracker and ranger team through the reserve.  One learns a lot about this endangered species, about rhino poaching as well as the reserves successful conservation efforts.  This unique wildlife experience ends with refreshments served in a scenic location of Kwandwe.

Private Photographic Safaris

For the private specialist photographic safaris, a safari vehicle with ranger and tracker are available whereby each experience is tailor made according to guests’ individual requirements and wished.  During the photographic game drives, the photographer joins the guests on the vehicle providing them with advice of camera settings for different scenarios and answers any questions relating to photography.
