The conference facilities on the Upper Escarpment of the Entabeni Safari Conservancy at the Lakeside and Ravineside Lodges with a smaller facility located on the Lower Escarpment at the Wildside Safari Camp.

The scenic Entabeni Game Reserve in the Waterberg region of South Africa's Limpopo Province is home to many animals including the "Big Five": lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffaloes.
As this area of South Africa is malaria-free, the Entabeni game lodges are ideal for families travelling with children of all ages.
Children are welcome at the Entabeni Game Reserve. However, children under the age of six years cannot participate in the scheduled game drives. Depending on the number of kids staying at the Entabeni Game Reserve and the availability of additional vehicles, special game drives for children can be organised.
Children under the age of 12 years may not join the game walks offered at Entabeni Safari Conservancy. It is to be noted that the game lodges, which are located within the malaria-free Reserve are unfenced therefore extra precautions need to be taken when travelling with children.
